If There’s No Listening There’s No Learning

Information Becomes Knowledge

Listening, gathering and absorbing information is the first step. Being able to turn that information into knowledge and understanding begins in those early interactions with the spark of curiosity.

What You Say. How You Say it.

That means that getting to know you and your business or organization well enough to represent it for you through the medium of the web and your website will depend on our ability to listen to you. Not only what you have to say but also how you say it. We hear your emphasis, the nuances, similarities, dissimilarities. The things you leave out.

Your company culture, your essence, and purpose, how your business runs, what you need, what you want, who your customers are, who your competition is. Those are all part of the picture.

We want to hear you tell us who you are, what you do, why you do it.

There’s Continuity In The Process

We begin every web design project by listening to you this way. We continue listening to you all the way through.

Being thoughtful and attentive also helps us to discern what we aren’t hearing, and that prompts us as to what questions to ask.

If we aren’t listening, we aren’t learning.
