The Company
Thyratron was formed by three partners in a back garden shed in 1990 to fill a need for delivering electronics design and manufacturing of refrigeration applications to the local market. They saw the need in emerging and developing countries where it is common to see frequency and voltage fluctuations, spikes and surges, for keeping foods and beverages properly warm or cool in warm climates. Think vending equipment, glass door coolers, coffee machines. Wherever there is power deficiency that may hinder the correct operation of an appliance, they provide the solution. Now, twenty-seven years later, with sales across four continents and a presence in Europe, Africa and Asia, they have 1,890,000 units in forty-nine countries. That’s a big number.
What We Did & Why
On this web design and development project we had the pleasure of working with Marketing Director, Adam Antoniou, who knows the territory well after fifteen years experience in the field. Our job was to create a marketing communication tool, website container for Thyratron to utilize and evolve with over time.

Gina Fiedel is the co-founder/owner of Fat Eyes Web Development.
