The Luke Theatre
The Marjorie Luke Theatre is a shining example of public/private partnership between the Santa Barbara Community Youth Performing Arts Center and the S.B. Unified School District. It is used by both the community with its 808-seat rental venue and Santa Barbara Junior High school. Over 140 arts and educational organizations make their home there. Dance, music, theatre, film and special events makes it a hub for the arts. World class artists performances are also hosted by the Luke.
What We Did & Why
The Luke Theatre engaged Fat Eyes to create their first website from the ground up. The goal was to provide an online home – an inaugural hub for their online presence in 2007 and for information about the theatre, its calendar of events, rental information and also to honor their treasured donors.
