These tours are sommelier-led to Napa and Sonoma. If you know about wine, you’ll realize how unique that is.

Max Roher is an impressive guy with boundless energy and a love for conversation- so much fun to talk to. He’s in the perfect line of work and utterly devoted to leading his guests on an incredible adventure. He’s a Certified Wine Professional (CWP), a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), a Certified Sommelier in 2012, and also holds the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Advanced Certificate.  He also makes wine at home. And he’s a very accomplished classical guitarist.

In other words, he really knows his stuff. This is a business built on passion.

What We Did & Why

Max found us online and flew to Santa Barbara to spend the day talking about his tour business, his dreams, his classical guitar playing (which is amazing) and other life stories and Fat Eyes. We began to envision his first website and because he’s such a talented guy, it was a matter of reining in rather than coaxing out. His excitement is contagious. The second website redevelopment and design became a more pointed and distilled version.
