An Artist Collaboration
Adcock Studios is an ongoing collaborative husband and wife artisan project. These two artists, partners in life as well, have joined their creative visions.
Michael Adcock is a studio potter and Christine Adcock, a contemporary basket weaver. With over 80 years combined experience in their mediums, their handmade collection features basketry, mixed media clay, and fiber vessels, functional glazeware, and a new line of funereal urns.
In their words:
“We are grateful for the simple artist’s life we live and for all the people that have supported our work over the years. We have exhibited our work at many of the premier Fine Craft show across the country, such as the Smithsonian and Philadelphia Museum Craft Shows. The work is published and displayed in galleries, museums, and interior design showrooms throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan, we have been published in many magazines and art books and have been awarded numerous awards for our art.
With gratitude for the many lovers of fine craft who have supported our work, we invite you to enjoy this website and hope it will encourage ongoing and new relationships.
What We Did & Why
After traveling the country to exhibit their work for many years at many of the premier fine craft shows, galleries, and museums across the country such as the Smithsonian and Philadelphia Museum Craft Shows, the Adcocks wished to engage in offering a greener approach to marketing their work via the web directly to you. That’s where we came in.
We worked with them to conceptualize an approach and then to develop a plan. We guided content development, edited text and created an e-commerce solution to be able to sell online.

Gina Fiedel is the co-founder/owner of Fat Eyes Web Development. After a successful career as an artist and transitioning into electronic media in the early 90’s, she then founded Fat Eyes in 1998 to bring those skills to the web with her husband, Doug Anderson.
