The Hotline

The founders of Fraud Hotline came to us with a genuine concern for the welfare of businesses and non-profits when it comes to fraud vulnerability. A concern they honed into a effective form of action for the formation of their company and for their subscribers. This is a perfect example of a fledgling company understanding with acute clarity, their “why” as they enter into the nitty gritty of creating a business.

They are committed to providing services as a critical part of any established whistleblower policy and as a best practice for businesses and nonprofits to protect the assets, stakeholders, employees, board members, and reputation of the organization. Fraud Hotline also provides education and resources to their subscribers.

They have a particular dedication to non-profits because they believe them to so often add incomperable value to their communities.

What We Did & Why

We were charged with taking Fraud Hotline from the idea stage into reality through identity and logo design to a web site that offers online services for anonymous fraud, human resources, compliance and ethics reporting within non-profits primarily and small businesses as well on a subscription basis.

The site requirements included new forms, login, bi-lingual English/Spanish report submission form and a register for services form and a customer database in both English and Spanish, requirement for valid company ID, PDF report created and emailed from submitted data.

The first iteration in 2011 was in the Joomla content management system and we recently converted the site with a certain amount of design re-organization to WordPress.
