The Company

In our first meeting with Mitch Williams and his wife, Jodi Williams, it was clear that this is a holistic thinking group. They’ve got their minds and hands firmly entrenched in all aspects of building and how that interacts with human nature and needs. They really care about their clients and relationship is of the utmost importance to them.

Founded in 1985 with a focus on custom homebuilding, Mitch Williams Construction, Inc., began after Mitch had a career as a construction management professional working with other homebuilders and commercial contractors. Now, over three decades later the company can boast that it’s worked on some of the most beautiful and unique projects in the area. That includes custom homes and commercial/mixed-use projects in Santa Barbara, Montecito and Hope Ranch as well as wineries and ranches in the Santa Ynez Valley.

They believe that the process involves the creativity, dedication, and financial commitment of many individuals, most importantly the homeowner. And that very nature of the work relies on specialized craftsmanship and an orientation to detail. Their philosophy and methods focus on pre-construction planning and conceptual design as being two of the most important aspects of custom home design.

What We Did & Why

What the company was lacking was an online presence that illustrated the level of quality and workmanship they produce.We created an informational site with ample photo galleries to show off their beautiful work and can easily be added to. They were interested in having an online base where they could articulate both visually and verbally their priorities and how they strive to turn their clients’ dreams into reality.
